Our experienced Property Management staff will look after our clients investments as though they were their own. We have dependable maintenance staff who take pride in their work and a 24 hour emergency line. We provide competitive rates for small repair services and provide quotes for larger projects. We work with reputable service providers and suppliers in Kamloops.

Our Residential Managers use their years of experience in the endeavor to find tenants who will appreciate the property they are renting. We strive to keep the lines of communication open between ourselves and our property owners, as well as between ourselves and our tenants. In order to best protect the owner's investment, we encourage tenants to advise us immediately of any problems with the property.

As a member of the Better Business Bureau we provide full competent management services for our Commercial Property Owners and Tenants. Emergency contact names and numbers are available 24 hours, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. Our staff is fully conversant with all types of leasing, renting, and recharges. We handle all aspects of management and maintenance for our property owners.

We opened in 1991 in Valleyview and relocated in 2004 to our current location in the Fortune Shopping Center. We provide Commercial, Residential and Strata Property Management in Kamloops and Logan Lake.
