Barnicke Kelowna Ltd.) was established in 1995 by John Hertay, having moved to Kelowna to oversee the development of College Business Park and the re-development and sale of Hiram Walker & Sons Limited Distillery. We are strictly a commercial, industrial and investment real estate operation, providing sales, leasing, property management and development consulting services.Recently, the sale of the Western Star Assembly Plant, as well as a large portion of the College Heights Community, has shown that Highline Realty Ltd has the experience and the skills necessary to meet and beat your expectations.
