Originally formed in 1902 as Carruthers & Meikle Ltd, Associated Property Management is a full-service professional property management company with a growing portfolio encompassing BC's Central Okanagan region.

With over 5 years experience in Property Management, Curtis works as a Licensed Property Manager with Ron Baszucki a Senior Property Manager at Associated Property Management (2001) Ltd.

We are a TEAM that continues to grow and presently consist of 17+ licensed Property and Strata managers supported by six accounting personnel, a receptionist, and have access to an in-house Chartered Accountant. As well, our Chartered Accounting firm provides the BC Real Estate Council with our trust account audit reports as required under the Real Estate Services Act.
