Our first restaurant franchise was set up in 1995 at the Vancouver's Granville Island Market under the name of Babushka's Kitchen, offering variety of fast and nutritious meals (please refer to our menu list ). Our bakery / store franchise version is located at 8626-A Joffre Ave., Burnaby, B.C., Canada. Here, we offer a large variety of Russian - style breads, bagels, piroshki, vareniki, pelmeni, kolbassa, borscht soup and much more. Food costs for all versions of the Red Square franchise are only 20%, allowing the franchisee an incredible profit margin. Such low food costs are virtually unheard of in this industry. This is only possible because 90% of the Red Square menu items are produced directly at the factory, effectively eliminating agent and distributor costs. And because most of the factory-made menu items require only heating and presentation, the franchisee can focus on customer service rather than food preparation. The cost of our franchises range from $50,000 to $150,000. Full on-site training is provided.
