Oncolytics Biotech is a biotechnology company focused on the development of oncolytic viruses as potential therapeutics for use in a broad range of cancers. The Company is conducting clinical studies using REOLYSIN®, its proprietary formulation of the human reovirus, in some of the most prevalent forms of the disease including lung, colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Oncolytics’ clinical program includes a number of human trials at a variety of stages including a Phase III trial in head and neck cancers.

Mr. Pisano has more than 30 years of experience as a pharmaceutical industry executive and was recognized in 2010 as Pharma Executive of the Year by the World Vaccine Congress. He is currently the president and CEO of VaxInnate a privately held biotech company. He joined Immunovaccine’s Board in October 2011 with a depth of experience across the spectrum of commercial operations, public immunization policies and pipeline development. Mr. Pisano is the former president and CEO of Sanofi Pasteur, one of the largest vaccine companies in the world.

Mr. van Amersfoort was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Canada, a pharmaceutical company with in excess of $1 billion in annual sales and a workforce of 1,500, until his retirement in 2001. Before joining Novartis, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the U.K. SmithKline Beecham operations from 1997 until managing the merger with Novartis in 1999. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. van Amersfoort headed up SmithKline Beecham operations in Canada as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Look is a Chartered Accountant with more than fifteen years of experience in accounting, finance, tax and treasury. He is responsible for the financial reporting and related regulatory filings, budget and treasury functions, and tax compliance of Oncolytics. Mr. Look joined Oncolytics in as the Company’s Controller in April 2003, and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in November 2012. Prior to joining Oncolytics, from 2000 to April 2003, Mr. Look was Manager of Audit and Assurance Services with Ernst & Young LLP in Canada. From 1998 to the end of 1999, Mr.
