Co-Founder and Managing Director of Northern Plains Capital Limited Mr. Lich is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Northern Plains. Prior to co-founding Northern Plains he served as a partner and Oil Field Services Analyst at Peters & Company Limited for 7.5 years. During his tenure at Peters, Mr. Lich participated in the evaluation of numerous oil field services transactions and was actively involved in both the raise of both private and public capital. Over his 7.5 term as an analyst Mr. Lich was ranked consistently in the top three in his sector. Prior to joining Peters, Mr. Lich spent 11 years in the oil and gas industry working for Gulf Canada Resources Limited. Industry experience includes drilling, completions, field supervision, gas plant operations and financial analysis. Mr. Lich currently serves on the Board of Directors for FSI holdings, Horizon Drilling, Performance Services Limited, Canadian Sub-Surface Energy Services Corp. and Swanberg International. He received his degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Montana in 1986 and is a Professional Engineer. He is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors' Education Program. Managing Director of Northern Plains Capital Limited Mr. Freeman joined Northern Plains in April, 2007 as a Managing Director, located in Edmonton, AB. Prior to joining Northern Plains, he spent the past nine years as the Chief Financial Officer of Flint Energy Services Limited, an integrated midstream production service provider to the energy and resource industries. Prior to joining Flint, Mr. Freeman was the Vice President Finance and Administration of the HMW Construction Group of Companies (a Flint predecessor company) from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Freeman currently serves on the Board of Directors for Flint Energy Services and Parelite Investments Corp. Mr. Freeman is a Chartered Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1982. He is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors' Education Program.
