Since inception, we have tried to provide realistic solutions to our clients. There are many things which may be technically possible, but, they may not be economically feasible. We have all heard of projects which have been technical successes, but, economic disasters. Prior to starting a project, we, at Apex, will determine if we think the project is sound, both technically and economically. If, in our opinion, the project does not satisfy our standards of commitment, then we disclose our concerns to our clients. If the client insists that it wishes to proceed, then we will withdraw.

Apex is a Petroleum Engineering company. We provide practical engineering services related to the energy industry, primarily in oil and gas development. In 1999, we expanded these services to include power generation specializing in gas powered electrical generators.

Apex has also been involved in wind energy. It has conducted feasibility and evaluation studies as well as economic evaluations. Apex was also involved in the detailed study of the feasibility of an ethanol project in Canada. Due diligence of the equipment and facility was done. Engineering design on a preliminary basis was done as well as a full process and project evaluation. Apex also has extensive experience in unconventional oil and gas. Apex has worked on heavy oil and oil sands projects as well as shale gas, coal bed methane and tight gas.

As part of our property management, reservoir engineering and evaluations activity, we provide geological and geophysical services.
