Mr. Farnworth as a business management and corporate finance executive with over 30 years of experience in the public and private markets, oil and gas, mining, industrials and technology sectors. Mr. Farnworth has extensive worldwide high-level business development and sales experience, specifically in Europe, MENA and Asia, sales and operational experience with large and small multi national companies focusing upon business development, project management, strategic planning and partnership development.

Mr. Male brings over 24 years of business management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and company directorship experience to Maxim. As the Managing Director and Partner of Westridge Management International Ltd., a company focused on international corporate finance services, Mr. Male will be able to provide access and expertise to Maxim that will enhance its present Management and Board of Directors. Mr. Male also serves as a Board Advisor and Consultant to oil and gas companies as well as Investment Funds in the U.K. and Middle East providing investment guidance, due diligence and corporate finance services.

Mr. Cyrus Driver has been involved with the public market for over 30 years, he is a chartered accountant and was founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1981. He has been a partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP after merging with Driver Anderson in 2002. Mr.Driver specializes in servicing TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and members of the brokerage community. His wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules have enabled him to give valuable advice to clients within the industry with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters. Cyrus Driver currently serves as director and or CFO of several TXS Venture Companies.

Maxim is in the process of establishing itself as a mid tier oil and gas producer with an objective to secure investments and projects within a specific categories. Assets and opportunities must meet one of the following criteria; This asset mix and structure will provide Maxim with revenue and near term revenue opportunities as well as an ability to secure potential step out opportunities that will allow the Company to become a mid tier junior producer.

Maxim is a junior oil and gas production and exploration company based in Vancouver, Canada. The Company is focused on identifying assets that meet the following criteria, producing, near term enhancement and exploration opportunities. The Company is actively seeking investments and participation in assets that meet the established investment criteria. Investments may be by way of acquisition, participation and/or fractional interest.
