Tyhee NWT Corp. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tyhee Gold Corp.) has set out to establish a new standard for identifying and implementing programs to enable the Company to maximize social and economic benefits related to our Yellowknife Gold Project, while minimizing any negative impacts. To achieve this goal, a number of interested individuals and groups as well as the help of independent professionals were requested to provide input. Together, a set of principles was established that will help us advance our Project in an efficient and socially responsible manner.

Denis M. Taschuk , CA, Chairman and Director, is a partner and Chief Executive Officer of JAG flocomponents LP, a manufacturer of valves for the oil and gas industry. He was Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Cytovax Biotechnologies Inc. Prior to that he was Manager of Canadian Tax for Echo Bay Mines Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the mining industry particularly in the areas of corporate finance and tax.

Mr. Levesque, who joined Tyhee NWT Corp in 2004, has 39 years of experience in production, development, safety and engineering. Previously he was General Foreman with Dynatec Corporation, Vice President of Operations for Claude Resources Inc., President of Centaur Mining Contractors (a Division of Claude Resources Inc.), and prior to that Mine Manager of Claude Resources' Seabee Mine, a 700-tonne-per-day remote underground gold mine.

Richard (“Dick”) B. Evans, has served as a director and/or senior executive for a number private and publically traded companies over a 45-year career primarily in the metals and resource sector. He serves as Chairman of the boards of Montreal based Resolute Forest Products and Amsterdam based Constellium, and is an independent director of Montreal based CGI and New York based Noranda Aluminum Holdings. He recently served as interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of privately held Constellium, formerly Alcan Engineered Products, from November 2011 to February 2012.
