Mr. Yates is an independent businessman with 20 years of experience in corporate development and financing of start up resource companies. Mr. Yates financed and developed to production the Crowfoot Lewis open-pit gold mine in Nevada and is currently a director of Alpha Minerals Inc., a mineral exploration company focused on uranium exploration, and Canyon Copper, an exploration and resource company with an advanced mineral resource property in Nevada.

Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from the University of South Africa and has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive management roles.

Alternative Earth Resources Inc. is an experienced renewable energy company, focused on developing and generating clean, sustainable electric power from geothermal resources. The Company has headquarters in Vancouver, BC and trades on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol AER. Alternative Earth holds leasehold interests in four geothermal projects located in the Western United States: New Truckhaven in California, Pumpernickel and North Valley in Nevada and a 50% interest in Crump Geyser in Oregon.

Geothermal isn't a new idea, it has been around since 1904; the Larderello, Italy geothermal field is still alive and productive and is one of the best examples of renewability and sustainability. Geothermal is experiencing a resurgence as a vital clean energy source with improved technology, new construction, and renewed investor interest. In the US, Nevada has the second largest geothermal potential, which could provide 60% of the State's electricity, short term by 2015: 1,488 MW and long-term by 2025: 2,895 MW.

Ed Low is appointed Chief Financial Officer effective June 7, 2013. Mr. Low has been providing accounting services to public companies for the past 17 years. Most recently, Mr. Low was controller with Alternative Earth from 1997 to 2012. Previously, he has been CFO for several companies traded on the TSX Venture exchange.
