Annual Cleaning & Preventative Maintenance Program Fireplace manufacturers recommend annual cleaning and inspection by a qualified fireplace technician. When properly maintained, your fireplace will give you many years of trouble-free service. Mantels Plus is pleased to offer a preventative maintenance package to keep you fireplace looking and performing like new. When you sign up for a service plan, we will call you once a year to arrange this service - one less thing for you to worry about. During this annual service, our technician will perform the following services: - Basic diagnostic check - Clean and inspect glass and gasket seal - Clean control compartment and fan - Adjust and clean logs as necessary - Inspect and clean burner - Replace glowing embers as necessary - Touch up paint as necessary - Check operation of unit and accessories - Inspect vent termination Commit to a 3 or 5 year plan and save! We will call you to arrange this service once a year. Periodic cleaning: $140.00 3 Year Commitment: $115.00 per year (save $75.00) 5 Year Commitment: $100.00 per year (save $200.00) * additional fireplaces in same residence - $75.00 (3 or 5 year plan only)
