Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, construction, or maintenance is not covered by this warranty. This Timber material warranty is conditioned upon the treatment of all the Timber materials supplied by Discovery Dream Homes with an approved exterior preservative within sixty days (60), and within the first year of delivery and every three (3) years thereafter. Depending on product used, certain elevations of house may require touch up more frequent. Warranty does not include exterior railing.
