Based in Toronto, Ontario, The Intermarket Group is made up of two business units: Intermarket Development and Mark Michael Management Limited (MMML). Intermarket Development is a residential and commercial real estate development company that works with both public and private sector landowners. Strong relationships across sectors and industries allow Intermarket to offer quality services and creative solutions to a wide range of real estate projects. Mark Michael Management Limited offers consulting and management services for public and private sector real estate owners. As agent for the owner or developer, we provide complete planning and representation for new projects and for the expansion or renovation of existing facilities. We offer consulting on two levels: We can provide a complete solution if you don't have in-house expertise, or we can supervise and direct your existing staff. Our core consulting services include project management, development management and asset management.
