Jordan Cohen is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and has been practicing law since 1982, primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate/commercial law. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He has also acted for financial institutions in all aspects of secured lending and enforcement in both the real estate and corporate setting.
