Kevin was a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP for over 5 years where he had a broad corporate practice and represented a number of foreign companies making acquisitions in Canada.

She has worked within healthcare services in Ontario for over 25 years, most recently providing leadership for expanding and implementing new regional programs through a quality based structure. Bryna is a registered nurse in Ontario and holds a Master of Business Administration. She is also a certified member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
