I have had the pleasure of working with and retaining the services of Collective Initiatives for the past ten years. Angie Lafontaine and her partner Todd Sarsons are a great team who work well together to attain their accomplishments for the people they work for. Both individuals are very caring, passionate, and industrious and take their work assignments seriously. In my experience working with Angie and Todd, I found them to be competent, efficient and timely in completing their projects.

We have significant experience working with First Nation communities and Aboriginal organizations. First Nations culture and values are weaved into the design of all of our training and consulting delivery. We are sensitive to the needs of our clientele and we take direction from the collective group to ensure that everyone feels included and at ease. As trained facilitators we incorporate the values of adult education in our training sessions.
