Within the People Sphere, Gary has been working for over 25 years with individuals, corporations, and volunteer organizations to assist them in identifying and overcoming their barriers to success. He has worked closely with senior leadership to assess organizational performance and identify performance gaps, and put in place the processes and staff development programs to address these gaps. He has worked as an executive coach and mentor with clients from both large and small business sectors, public sector agencies and government departments, as well as not-for-profit organizations. He has developed and facilitated team building processes and strategic planning for Fortune 500 business units. He has worked with hundreds of people in empowering and assisting them to reach their full potential, as well as giving motivational reflections to an audience base numbering in the hundreds of thousands.

Quest Leadership Services was started over 10 years ago as a way of providing consulting and related services related to energy efficiency, business management, personal leadership, and Sustainable Development. I have worked in conjunction with major corporations, charitable organizations, the United Nations, and smaller businesses to help them achieve their goals. This work has been both within North America, and internationally. I have been involved for over 35 years in the design and delivery of workshops and seminars, based on sound adult-education principles. These encompass a wide range of topics and objectives, from hands-on technical workshops related to energy and energy efficiency in buildings, to presentations in the areas of business management and sustainable enterprises.
