With over 25 years of experience in investment management, Eric is responsible for leading the CPP Investment Board’s Public Market Investments department, which invests in publicly-traded assets and related derivatives.

We offer comprehensive internship programs for you to apply what you've learned in the classroom and to broaden the depth of your finance and investment knowledge. On top of on-the-job learning, we provide educational, professional and social programs throughout the term.

Comprised of more than 25 investment professionals experienced in equities, fixed income, derivatives and foreign exchange, this team trades across all major markets and asset classes. GCM also endeavors to provide efficient trade execution for all other investment departments within CPPIB. As well, GCM is active in collateral and money markets while assisting Treasury Services in managing cash and liquidity requirements.

We provide opportunities to students in the final year of study who are looking for full-time positions upon graduation. We hire graduates for these roles one year in advance and host information sessions at select universities.
