Patrick Thera, President of the System Engineering Division (SED) is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in SED's technically challenging and time critical project environment. Patrick has direct responsibility for the pursuit, acquisition and execution of all projects at SED.

Jacqueline Gauthier is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of progressive experience in all financial and business aspects of an organization. Jacqueline joined Calian Technologies Ltd. in October 2000 and has held the position of CFO and Corporate Secretary since March 2002. Previously, Jacqueline worked at both Domtar and E.B. Eddy Forest Products in senior financial roles. Jacqueline currently sits on the Board of Directors of Excellence Canada, an organization that is committed to advancing organizational excellence across Canada.
