Bob Cummings is Bolen's senior account manager. He has been with Bolen since 1996 and prior to this appointment, he was a computer reseller who sourced much of his required product through Bolen/. Bob manages a variety of accounts spanning educational, governmental, research and corporate market segments. This wide scope of varying customer needs allows Bob to offer appropriate, timely and cost effective solutions. Enjoyment of Server and Desktop System design allows him to quickly and accurately prepare quotes around purpose built solutions. Many years within the computer industry support Bob's ability to recommend a wide range of peripherals and other computer related products. Direct relationships built over time with a wide number of manufacturers enable him to find answers to tough questions that sometimes present themselves. Personal assistance from Bob is a phone call ( or email ) away. Scott Bowden started with Bolen in February of 2008. He has been in the IT industry for one year and has 7 years of customer service and sales experience. As the Sales Support Specialist, it is Scott ’s role to ensure quick and accurate quotes to customers and to be available whenever assistance is needed. His dedication to customer service and thoroughness has made him an excellent addition to the Bolen team. Scott graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in April 2007.
