We are an independent privately owned group of Audiology and Hearing Clinics serving the area for over 20 years. Audiologists David Pfingstgraef and Joanne Parsons started providing audiology services to clients many years ago at the St.Thomas Elgin General Hospital. After the hospital closed that department, we moved our main clinic location to 66 West Avenue in St.Thomas, Ontario. Over the years, we have opened offices in Aylmer, Blenheim, West Lorne and London, Ontario.

With over 20 years of providing audiology services, we strive to provide you with quality hearing assessments, and hearing devices that are easy to use and maximize your ability to hear in noise. At our free adult initial consultation, we will be happy to answer all the questions you may have about hearing loss and hearing aids. Our goal is to help you reach the point where hearing isn’t something you have to think about, but rather, it’s something you simply do naturally.

Yes. The Ontario government provides funding through the Assistive Devices Program . Assistive Devices Program (ADP) The objective of the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is to provide consumer centered support and funding to Ontario residents who have long-term physical disabilities and to provide access to personalized assistive devices appropriate for the individual's basic needs.

The Blenheim Hearing Clinic is located within the McLauchlin Wellness Clinic. This full service office has a variety of other health services in addition to our Audiology Clinic such as chiropractic services, chiropody, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and naturopathy. The clinic is located across the corner from Tim Horton’s in Blenheim with free parking in front of the clinic or in the parking lot at the back of the building.

All of our clinic services are provided by provincially registered Audiologists, because “Your Ears truly Deserve an Audiologist”. Our team of 5 university trained audiologists will provide you with service as they would provide for their own family members. ”Honesty and Integrity” make up our service policy and we stand behind the products and services we provide. We provide everyone with our total care package and offer no charge extended warranties on all of our hearing aids.
