What's New? BC's Foot & Ankle Clinic has moved to St. Paul's Hospital. On March 26th, 2004 St. Vincent's Hospital closed its doors in great anticipation of its redevelopment as a "campus-of-care" for the elderly. Subsequently, the BC Foot & Ankle Clinic has been relocated to the Outpatient Department on the 3rd Floor at St. Paul's Hospital. Click here for contact and parking information. Hip Hip Hooray 2005. Did you know? The BC Foot and Ankle Clinic received the "3M Health Care Quality Award." Representatives from Providence Health Care and the BC Foot & Ankle Clinic were presented this prestigious award from the Canadian College of Health Service Executives in Quebec City last year. This award recognized the design and implementation of their highly successful clinical pathways. This is an outstanding achievement and we congratulate everyone involved.
