November 17, 2010 NSCU plans big new headquarters North Shore Credit Union unveiled early plans for an "iconic" new headquarters at 13th Street and Lonsdale Avenue during a City of North Vancouver council meeting Monday. It is still the credit union's preference to stay in the city, Smith said, and since the closure and sale of the Shell gas station on 13th Street last year, NSCU and developer Wesgroup have been developing a plan for a brand new building. September 16, 2010 Brewery District project changes phasing to build TransLink headquarters next After TransLink announced last week it would move its headquarters to the Brewery District development in Sapperton, plans for the phasing of the large-scale construction project have been altered to make room for the transportation authority. The first phase of the project, built by Vancouver-based Wesgroup Properties, is already under construction and is slated for completion by mid-2011. September 3, 2010 TransLink and Wesgroup Properties sign long-term partnership The new head office facility at The Brewery District will be located at the Sapperton SkyTrain Station in New Westminster, BC next to the Royal Columbian Hospital. Construction on the new TransLink and Transit Police facility will commence in early 2011, with completion in 2013.
