Prior to being on the start group for Iconic Hospitality, Mike has been involved in a number of new resort creations including leading the development of Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet, British Columbia. He was also the General Manager of the award-winning Pan Pacific Whistler. His strength of leadership positioned the hotel as the leading strata-based property in the area, both in financial performance, and resale of suites.
