Our client was experiencing a much higher Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Past Due Invoice record than desired. The current cycle throughput for processing DSO and Past Due Invoices was 17% of the time within a 60 day period. e-ZSigma was contracted to provide Lean Six Sigma consulting services, specifically to provide project scoping and execution focused on minimizing the accounts receivable issued-to-paid cycle time. Based on this scope, e-ZSigma provided the Project Management and Lean Six Sigma expertise to support a cross-functional team of process owners.
