With the help of the Task Scheduler, Power Broker is able to mail your outstanding abeyances to your email program. With that being said, once it's been emailed to you, you may even consider forwarding them to your cell phone. This way, if you're out of the office and would like a reminder of what new abeyances you have for the day, you can have them automatically forwarded to your phone. Cell Phone and mail provider setup: One easy way of setting this up would be to add your brokerages email pop3/smtp account to your phone. You would get everything sent to your phone that would come through to your office. Another way would be to setup an Outlook 'Rule' that says something like ' If I have any emails with the subject line ' renewal notification ', that the email at your office will forward your phone the email. Power Broker setup: In the sample below the Task Scheduler to start at 6:00pm every day and forward today’s outstanding abeyances as separate eMAILs to the eMAIL address on record on the Producer Table. Each producer will receive one eMAIL for each Outstanding Abeyance with the full contents of the Abeyance in that eMAIL.

The Signature Pad Integration with Power Broker 4 enables the broker to hand the pen over to the customer, allowing the client to sign on the dotted line, and anchoring the signature to the application/form, and then storing it in the clients Power Broker abeyances section. With the signature pad installed you are also able to store signatures for each Producer and CSR by using the Capture Signature button in the respective tables. These signatures can then be pulled into CSIO applications and forms with buttons - Producer Signature and CSR Signature. The signature will be pulled based on the producer or CSR recorded on the customer screen for this customer.
