In this case we represented the Respondent in an Appeal to the British Columbia Court of Appeal. The Appellant who was unsatisfied with the trial decision favouring our client, sought to set aside a Judgment requiring her to pay back to our client, the bulk of a buy out payment in the former matrimonial home provided in an earlier Judgment. The Court of Appeal sided with our client and dismissed the appeal and awarded our client costs.

Shortly after commencing his practice in downtown Vancouver, Yair relocated his practice in 1993 to the Surrey area. Yair obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1987. As such, he is highly proficient in assessing business records, business documents and financial documents.
