The CEWHA has been operating in Canada for over 20 years with Divisions in Toronto, London Ontario, Calgary, Hamilton and Vancouver Island. Their mission is to provide a quality hockey program for all persons with disabilities who have limited upper body strength and/or mobility, who could significantly benefit from the use of an electric wheelchair in competitive sport. The CEWHA was formed to provide quality, well organized, recreation and social programs to a specific segment of our community.

About Winters For over 40 years Winters has connected highly trained personnel with reputable employers in the engineering and construction, aerospace, automotive, electronic, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, supply chain industries. In addition to offering temporary , contract or permanent employment for skilled workers in these sectors, we have developed partnerships in the ever-changing information technology sector and other specialized markets. With five offices in Southern Ontario, staffing solutions are available across Canada.

I have a contract with your agency, so I should not have any deductions at all, and should not be given a T4. CRA has guidelines for several situations of workers engaged by placement or employment agencies. Even though you as a sole proprietor have a contract with us (the agency), this does not constitute performance of work under a contract for service. Our workers, and our contracts, are to provide services to our clients, where the worker is under the direction and control of the client. As per the previous question, we are required to take deductions for CPP and EI, but not income tax.
