About six and ½ years ago, I purchased a new Trane Furnace and it was installed by a company other than Weiss Johnson. There were issues with the initial installation and it did not pass the city inspectors certification. The company came back and modified the furnace installation to code. When I called this other company just a few short weeks later, they were unwilling to provide answers or service to my new furnace, Of course the furnace was on warranty and I found that another contractor would provide service although they did not install the furnace.

I called your company on Monday because my furnace was not working and Rick Schmidt answered the phone and actually walked me thru a trouble shoot, and I was able to fix the problem with his help. He explained the issue and walked me through the cleaning of my flame sensor on my mid efficient furnace. This is great customer service. I had repairs done by your company a few years ago and I will continue to call you back when I need regular maintenance preformed.
