GC Custom Metal Fabrication Ltd . is a family owned and operated company based out of Edmonton, AB. Since opening in 1982, our offerings have grown, but the goal has remained the same, to provide solid customer service and a high quality product, all in a timely matter. Over these past thirty years, this approach has helped us build strong customer relationships, referrals and repeat clients. Currently operating out of a 20,000 sq. ft. facility we are capable of serving the growing needs of all our customers, from single prototype fabrication to large production runs.

Powder Coating: Our powder coating line gives us the ability to take our customer’s manufacturing needs from start to finish. Our high quality, tough and durable coating helps your product last through corrosive environments, prolonged exposure to sunlight and high temperatures.

Rapid prototyping: We work one on one with customers to create prototypes. Our skilled staff is experienced in the prototyping process and can work with you to find the fabricating solution that fits your product best.

GC Custom Metal Fabrication has 30 years of constructive experience in metal fabrication. We operate a 20,000 sq. ft. facility using the latest in sheet metal fabrication technology.
