We also work with our sponsoring employers to "plan the departure" and are on-site to assist with the employee's dignified exit from the company.

We serve both large and small employers, focusing primarily on minimizing the impact of job loss for employees, and provide management and employee coaching, termination planning and support, outplacement counselling, retirement counselling and strategies for retraining.

Since 1981, Willis Newton has headed his Human Resources firm specializing in Outplacement Counselling, Executive Coaching, and Career Pathing.
