Director, Finance and IT Martin Ladouceur holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as a CPA, CMA designation, and has been working for Solareh since 2010. He is responsible for financial management and the analysis and communication of financial information. With over 20 years of experience in his field, Martin previously worked for various small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing and high-tech sectors. At Solareh, Martin is also responsible for everything related to IT and telecommunications.
For the past three decades, Solareh has been focused on giving organizations and managers the tools they need to create a healthy workplace. We are very proud of the unique expertise we have developed over the years in this field. Our objective is to continue providing professional health and wellness services that help our clients keep their human resources costs under control. Solareh will continue to grow its customer service and business development team across Canada. On that topic, we are proud to introduce Wanda Crawley, our new Account Executive responsible for Atlantic Canada.
Director, Business Development and Client Services, Quebec Gaétan Lamoureux is the Director of Business Development and Client Services for Eastern Canada. In this role, he is responsible for the team of representatives assigned to this part of the country. Gaétan has over thirty years of experience in business development. Before working for Solareh, he spent many years working as a senior group insurance advisor for an insurance company, offering services to national, international and local companies.
President and Chief Executive Officer Since 2009, Marie-Thérèse Dugré has held the position of President and General Manager of Solareh, the company she co-founded in 1984 with business partner Bernard Dalbec. In addition to doctorate training in Psychology, Marie-Thérèse Dugré also studied Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has developed in-depth expertise in psychiatry, drug addiction and rehabilitation. Over the years, she has also become an expert in psychological health within organizations.
Solareh, a Montreal-based national provider of Employee and Manager Assistance Programs and Trauma Response services, is present in the town of Lac-Mégantic. Solareh supports its Posaction® and Reactiv® clients, and the population in the area, as they deal with the immediate and subsequent emotional and psychological impacts related to last week-end's rail catastrophe.
