Victoria Air Maintenance is a Cessna Authorized Service Facility, Cessna Parts Distributor and has long been recognized as one of North America’s leading aircraft restoration and heavy maintenance facilities. Our team of AME’s, structural technicians and support personnel are highly trained to ensure each and every task preformed on your aircraft meets the highest quality of standards and exceeds your expectations.

Mr McCaig is currently the Victoria Air Maintenance Quality Assurance Manager (QA) and Deputy to the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM). Previously Mr McCaig was the PRM for two other Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMO) and has extensive experience in development of policies and procedures for maintenance facilities, flight training and air operators.

The accuracy of mechanical drag cup type tachometers, for fixed wing propeller driven aircraft, shall be checked on site annually, and be accurate to within the tolerances established by the aircraft manufacturer or, where no tolerance has been specified by the aircraft manufacturer, to within +\- 4% of engine RPM at mid-point of the cruise range.
