Adam Brophy, is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s Honours Bachelor of Business Administration program where he specialized in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Adam has previous work experience with Candu Energy, Sun Life Financial, as well as The Mezzanine Group, where he coordinated social media, inbound lead generation, and other marketing tactics for a variety of clients across a diverse set of industries.

A leading provider of work truck leasing and rentals for over 40 years, Thomas Solutions worked with VA Partners to expand into 4 new geographic markets, grow its client base from 2 to over 50 customers, and develop an annuity stream of over $2,000,000.

Mark founded VA Partners with Steve Gruber in 2006. VA Partners has worked with over 50 companies providing part-time assistance with B2B sales, marketing, and social media.

Lily has marketing experience in both corporate and startup environments. Prior to joining VA Partners, Lily was the Marketing Manager at a Toronto mobile startup, and before that, she was a Marketing Manager at BMO on the Emerging Payments and Product Marketing team.
