Althought we were confident we could satisfy our customers with positive results, we were nervous about the financial commitment our guarantee represented – how could we make this work? Truthfully, it seemed like financial suicide at the time, however, eight years later, we would never consider going back. It changed everything about the way we work with our customers, the way we design their information systems, the way we develop software, the way we monitor and maintain these systems.

At Ucora, we listen - and we listen very carefully. Of course, that is easy an easy thing to say for any company in our field. There are two reasons why we are extraordinary listeners (aside from years of marriage - although our wives may object): For over 20 years our specialization has been creating strategic business information systems that are fine-tuned to our customers' specific needs.

As a company that focuses on creating specialized information systems within multiple industries, Ucora has been exposed to many unique scenarios and we've helped our customers design many unique and successful solutions. You could say we are attracted to unique problems because, like our customers, we are problem solvers at heart. We work with our customers until the job is done – and then we work some more. In fact, in the past 150 projects we have designed, only two did not continue past implementation.

Someone once wrote that the best end to a story is an excellent beginning to the next story. It turns out that our Total Satisfaction Guarantee was only the beginning of Ucora's story. What followed was years of relearning, retooling and refocusing. We've learned that businesses are changing at an accelerated rate, and being fast, flexible and dynamic is key to being successful – you can never stand still. Our customers are always bringing us new challenges and we've learned that to think we have all the right answers would not only be foolish, it would be arrogant.

Each and every one of our customers have a unique vision that leverages their differentiating characteristics forward into the future. We believe in working closely with our customers to help facilitate how they are different from their competition and how they plan to maintain this advantage. We help our customers create and continually adapt their supporting information systems so they are responsive to market changes.
