Using their extensive food production and packing operations experience combined with automation expertise, i2i designed a production line featuring 18 ergonomic workstations, custom designed small footprint high accuracy scales, and a three level conveyor system to provide smooth product flow to and from the work stations. The scales connected to a PC based production data collection system allow recording and displaying real time data on individual employee production counts and package weights.
