Mr. Monaghan, age 52, has been active in the mining industry since 2005, as a director of UC Resources Ltd. Mr. Monaghan has over 25 years of senior management experience in the communications industry working for companies such as Shaw Communications, Rogers Communications, and MDU Communications. He was the President and founder of MDU Communications Inc. (OTCBB: MDTV) from September 1998 to May 2001. Mr. Monaghan is a Director of Encap Investments Inc. a capital pool company and Wind River Energy Corp (TSX-V: WVR) a natural gas company. For the past decade, Mr.

Mr. Roberts is Chairman of UC Resources, director of First Mexican Gold Corp and is currently President of AHS Inc., a private company delivering communication services to the Pharma industry. He has extensive corporate experience in the sales, marketing, corporate strategy, business development, and communication fields with a track record of success in both private and public businesses. Mr.

Mexico is one of the world’s largest silver and gold producers. Extraordinary market appreciation is being realized by Canadian producers and explorers in Mexico. UC Resources is rapidly advancing in Mexico to acquire an asset base of high quality silver and gold production assets with significant upside on their exploration potential. UC Resources plans to acquire quick to production assets, consisting of previous producing mines or tailings deposits, which can be rehabilitated and entered into production in reasonable time frames.

The Company is currently negotiating on a debt facility which would allow hard rock mining to commence on site. The Company may also pursue joint ventures to obtain hard rock mining expertise and is exploring all other options with its other properties. The Company will also look at additional financing choices and Company structure as it continues in the upcoming year.
