Not every uncertified beauty service practitioner will be unqualified or incompetent, however, being c ertified means their skills have been competency tested and third party validated by BeautyCouncil certified, trained and esteemed instructors. Uncertified may mean that individual has self-taught themselves their beauty practices. Uncertified could mean many things; competent, incompetent, unsanitary, disastrous. By choosing to see uncertified estheticians, hairdressers, or nail technicians you do not know. You are taking a risk.
