Description

Our mission is to take away the burden of the transition process while also maximizing the equity of your contents and home back to you and your estate. To accomplish this, we have assembled a menu of services to meet the unique needs of every client. After an initial no-charge consultation in your home, we will put together a custom Transition Action Plan that best meets your needs.

Transition Squad is a project manager. We help clients downsize (typically seniors, their executors and empty nesters) and work with families going through a parent transition. We specialize in helping with "what do I do with the home and everything in it?" Every transition has unique needs.
