Terra Pacific Land Surveying Limited was established by Larry Achtemichuk BCLS, and Mike Bernemann BCLS in September, 2003 by the evolution of Hol and Associates with a firm base of well experienced staff. Our company has grown and added youth, vigor and new direction to better serve the changing needs of the future of surveying. As professional land surveyors, we provide services and technology in surveying & geomatics to related professionals, developers and all levels of government. We also provide a wide variety of general survey services including engineering, topographic, monitoring and quantity surveys.
