Engineering Limited works in both public and private sectors, providing engineering services for land development and civil engineering projects. Our staff holds valuable knowledge through previous experience working with the Municipal Governments, outside consulting and land development firms as well as construction companies. Our company has been associated with the development process of countless subdivisions, multi-family projects and commercial developments. H.Y. Engineering Limited has steadily grown to meet the demands of the industry, and our valued clients. This steady growth process includes the creation of our associated land surveying division, H.Y. and Associates Land Surveying Limited This expansion enabled us to offer a comprehensive, in-house service combining civil engineering and land surveying to better serve our clients. 80% of our work is within the Greater Vancouver area, although we have also provided services throughout British Columbia and Alberta. Our experience in the design and construction industry includes a range of projects from basic two lot subdivisions to large scale urban and commercial developments throughout the Lower Mainland. We have also completed government infrastructures involving legal surveys, design and construction of roadworks and major trunk water and sewage systems. Some of our larger projects have included developments valued up to $8,000,000. Many of these projects included challenging factors such as poor soil conditions, difficult topographic conditions and extremely inclement weather conditions. H.Y.
