Prior to joining Telemerge’s Experience Team in 2010, John worked in technical customer support, training new customers in video conferencing technology. In addition, John has provided technical support at Bell and Research In Motion (Blackberry). A grand total of 13 years of experience in customer service and technical support combined with an aptitude for problem solving qualifies John to provide support for Telemerge’s international Video Conferencing clients-which he does with enthusiasm and witty banter. After hours, John loves to cook, making his signature dish braised Lamb Shanks with Vegetable Root Puree and Cheese Gougéres. Yummy!.
