Petro-Techna designs and manufactures Pig Launchers and Receivers which are installed in pipelines to launch and receive pipeline pigs, spheres or inspection tools from a pipeline. Apart from their applicability in the cleaning of pipelines, our pigs can be used for the separation of two products within the same pipeline. There are a number of configurations ranging from simple barrel launchers and receivers through to complete skid mounted units that include actuated valves, instrumentation, pig signallers control systems. We manufacture units for sub-sea, off-shore and onshore applications.

PTIL designs and manufactures efficient sweetening system capable of H2S removal. There are three distinct categories of removal systems designed and manufactured by PTIL.

PTIL designs and manufactures Coalescers that are used for the separation of primary and secondary liquid-liquid dispersions in the Oil and Gas industry. Our Coalescers effect the desired separation through a unique promotion of droplet growth in a dispersion and efficient settling mechanisms. PTIL Coalescers are fitted with a Coalescer bed, a prefabricated Coalescer mat or a Coalescer cartridge depending on required separation efficiency and the nature of the service fluid.
