Mr. Hickok is a professional engineer and has over 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry with a broad experience base of operations, engineering, management and board of directors experience. He is a member of APEGGA and holds both a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Lakehead University in Ontario and an Engineering Technology Diploma from Red River College in Manitoba. His career started as a field technologist in the Esso Redwater, oilfield in 1979 for one year and then after graduating from engineering back to Calgary from 1983-1989 in various operational and engineering roles with Esso Resources in western Canada and the north. From 1989 -1991 he lead an Exxon worldwide project at Exxon Production Research in Houston, Texas developing an Artificial Lift Workstation for Exxon affiliates globally. In 1991 Mr. Hickok co-founded Advantage Energy Services Ltd (AESL). in Calgary, providing consulting services to a wide range of clients primarily in North America and Asia-Pacific regions. In 1997 Mr. Hickok founded a second company named Tecskor Corporation to provide high tech software to help organizations manage their enterprise portfolio more effectively.

It is with great sadness that we report that Mr. Burrows passed away in January 2013. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his influence on this company has been, and will continue to be immeasurable. Mr. Burrows brought years of business leadership experience to his role as Tecskor's chairman. Early in his career, Mr. Burrows held the position of national director of operations research for CP Rail. Since then he was an active entrepreneur, co-founding Northstar Energy Corporation, Advantage Energy Services, and Tecskor Corporation. Mr. Burrows held directorships with Cara Operations, AGT (now Telus) and was chairman of the Banff Television Foundation, chairman of NovAtel Communications, director of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, and associate director of the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede Board. Mr. Burrows holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and has completed graduate studies in Labor Relations at Queen's University, and in Transportation Operations at Yale.

Mr. Brian J. Evans received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 1971 from the University of Alberta and his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1975. Mr. Evans began his legal career with Emery Jamieson in Edmonton and moved from there to establish Canmore's first fulltime law office in 1976. He practiced in Canmore until 1989. He has experience in areas of Municipal, Environmental, Regulatory, Development and General Corporate Commercial law.

Gord Shmyrko is a professional engineer who graduated in 1990 from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in oil & gas and government. After starting his career with Shell Canada, Gord joined Advantage Energy Services team to create a system that would "capture the last barrel of oil that others left behind".
