Since joining Taylor Flooring in 2001 it's been my pleasure to serve both our customers and our team of professionals in building the Taylor Brand. As Director of Retail Flooring, it's my duty to promote unparalleled customer service, and inspire our organization to exceed customer expectations. I have been with the Taylor Flooring team since March 2010. My diverse retail experience has taught me how to provide excellent customer service, as well as to surround myself with good people.
