Earth Information Technologies (EIT) is 100% Canadian-owned and operated with headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Registered in July, 1989, EIT is Atlantic Canada's only full-service, independent value added reseller (VAR)specializing in geomatics. Targeting small to medium-sized private sector businesses and municipal, provincial and federal governments, EIT develops, markets, sells, services and supports software/hardware solutions regionally, nationally and internationally. Services and activities carried out by EIT include product marketing, sales, consulting, system design and integration, applications development and service for may brand name and custom hardware and software systems. EIT also provides training and ongoing support.

Brand name and custom application software products, data acquisition and conversion systems, peripherals and computer hardware ranging from personal computers, through workstations to multi-user servers and networks, allow EIT to provide complete solutions in geomatics and other applications areas.
