Carol holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with a dual major in Finance and International Business. She joined Targeted in 2014 as part of our business development team, and brings with her more than a decade of experience in the Canadian Foreign Service and with a global oil & gas IT company. Her experience in business, project management, financial modeling and client service ensure she is both respectful of and responsive to the individual needs of our private business clientele.

Julie joined Targeted Strategies in 2006, bringing twelve years of experience in the banking industry. Julie also worked in the public sector assisting with facilities and materials management at a university, and acting as customer service manager for an Internet marketing company. Julie brings her considerable experience to interacting with banks, ensuring accurate statements, and resolving any client concerns.

Kathryn joined our company in 2013, after more than a decade of experience in the banking and accounting industries. Kathryn completed a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Accounting and Computer Science, and recently was awarded a CPA, CGA designation. As part of our business development team, her strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis helps us target the optimal strategy for our clients to deliver their planning objectives.

"Who is the customer?" is the first and the most crucial question in defining business purpose and business mission. It is also important to ask, "Where is the customer?" The final question needed to come to grips with business purpose and business mission is, "What is the value to the customer?" It may be the most important question, but is seldom asked. The most important time to ask seriously, "What is our business?" is when a company has been successful. Success always isolates the very behavior that achieved it. It always creates new realities.
