Stephane has been involved in the chemical industry since 1997. Prior to joining Sylvite, he was Sales Manager at Brenntag heading the Industrial business unit in Quebec. He has also held the position of Corporate Account Executive for Pulp & Paper at Brenntag (Lachine, Quebec). He was with the sales organization at Nacan (National Starch) an adhesive and starch manufacturer. Stephane has experience in business development and building partnerships with customers.

Hugh acquired Sylvite in 1983 and has been active in the industry for over 30 years. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph and he is a Certified Professional Agrologist. Hugh is a past-President of the Fertilizer Institute of Ontario and is a member and director of a number of North American industry and farm associations. He is a supporter of many community charitable foundations and has served on several community boards of directors. Hugh is the majority shareholder of SYLVITE.

The new state-of-the-art tanks are some of the largest built by local Canadian company, Greatario. The tanks will have an epoxy-coated exterior with a glass-lined interior to insure the high level of product quality that Sylvite guarantees to deliver to its customers. The $3.5 million dollar project is just one of Sylvite’s projects this year as we continue to expand service offerings to our many customers.
