Description
Global-Meridian Technology Group was founded in 2006 by Tony Rywak, Ph.D., PMP , to provide business development services to organizations involved in Science, Research and Development, Technology based Manufacturing and Technology Investment.
RESULTS: The production facility became a world-leader in its class, with an output capability of thousands of components per year. The production facility generated product at 95+% component yields, and enabled consistent on-time delivery to the customer. In addition, since the production facility was not manufacturing to capacity, we carried out a sales and marketing initiative which resulted in the establishment of a second customer for the ionizing radiation component.
EXECUTION: Working closely with the end customer, we developed and implemented a project plan to meet their performance, cost and delivery requirements. Research and development was carried out to develop the component, which included life testing and failure analysis. In addition, key suppliers were identified and qualified, process equipment was purchased and qualified, production documentation was established, quality control protocols were implemented based on MIL and ISO methodologies, and staff were hired and trained for the production facility.
Global-Meridian Technology Group was founded by Dr. Tony Rywak to provide business development services to organizations in the fields of Science, Research & Development, Technology based Manufacturing and Technology Investment. Dr. Rywak holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Inorganic Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has worked for more than 20 years in the fields of science and technology, and has authored / co-authored 8 journal articles on a variety of subjects such as thin-films for use in microelectronics, nanotechnology, ceramic materials with aerospace applications, sol-gel chemistry and the economic impact of climate change. In addition, he holds provisional and non-provisional U.S. patent applications in the field of alternative energy.
We have extensive experience in the field of materials characterization and its applications to failure analysis, both for thin-film device structures and bulk materials.
