Rio Alto Mining Limited is a Canadian based resource company focused on the development of the 21,000 ha La Arena gold / copper project located in north central Peru , the most prolific gold mining district in the country that is home to a number of world-class gold mines.

Sulliden is a mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing its 100% owned Shahuindo project to production. Currently in its permitting phase, this low capital and operating cost gold and silver mine project is located in a prolific gold-producing district in northern Peru .

Mr. Milbourne is a metallurgist with over 30 years experience in Central and South America. He has a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a MS in Metallurgy from the University of Utah. He was Technical Director AMEC Mining and Metals where he oversaw process engineering and has international experience with BHP, Eldorado and Cominco. Mr. Milbourne is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a registered member of SME.
